A rune gives one attribute - a buff or a perk. Rare, Epic, Legendary and Godly runes have a chance of having two different stats (example: a legendary rune can give +35% Ailment Resistance and +25 Armor).
Each hero can have one rune equipped at any time. A runes name and stats are both randomly generated based on the rarity.
