Army[]

The Army is composed of the Hero, Units, Research, and Buildings (Towers). They are all components that change the battlefield, including the Research that can change how the units preform, and buff the hero.

Efficient Army Unit: Victory[]

A successful victory is subjected to efficient selection of units to counter incoming types of enemies charging towards the outpost or castle.

When summoning Units, you should consider the following:

Immunity- include countering enemies with different immunities, e.g. goblin and orc shamans, necromancers, cultists, and goblin alchemists are all immune to magic. Ghosts and are immune to physical.

High Defense / High Armor- Orcs, Ghouls and other units like Goblin Mad Docs are best countered with magic, which ignores defense, because they are resistant to damage from physical attacks. Armored enemies are best countered with units that have high AP.

Priorities - Units are also characterized by specific priorities. This is also essential in victory since units can focus enemy units depending on what enemies will attack first. For instance, some units, such as the Elven Hunter, will prioritize one type of unit (in this case, wall units), then shift to another focus. Siege Units, such as the Dreadnought, Plainsman, Catapult, and Dwarf Cannon, will prefer attacking the enemy outpost first. Other units will target high armor, high defense, high health or may target the nearest enemy possible.

Research is another aspect that will change the tide of battle.

  • can summon random power up like Mage's Fortune
  • can instantly aid the hero in battle(bonuses to health or damage, increased command points, summoning units)
  • increases the stats of specific units

Building Units protect the castle, and give another asset to obliterate enemy either in quick, area damaging, or magic damage, with different cool-down times.
